With the exhibition "Agnès Varda's Paris, from here to there," the Musée Carnavalet – Histoire de Paris invites the public to discover the still little-known photographic work of the artist, photographer, and filmmaker Agnès Varda, and the central role of the courtyard-studio on Daguerre Street, located in the 14th arrondissement, which was a place of life and creation from 1951 to 2019. The exhibition reveals a collection of 130 prints, film excerpts, publications, objects belonging to the artist, posters... and showcases the importance of Paris and the artist's passion for urban details.
