The Paris Opera and the Bibliothèque Nationale de France are presenting a magnificent exhibition about the fascinating world of stage jewellery at the Paris Opera. A selection of around 70 spectacular pieces - including crowns, bracelets, bustiers an tiaras - uncovers their makers’ exceptional skills and trade secrets, and reveals their dramatic importance. The exhibition also includes model costumes and sets, photographs, paintings and posters.
